Travel included in rate.
More than 50 Miles from Kalamazoo.
Mileage is billed at the current IRS business mileage rate.
For longer-distance engagements, reasonable airfare, lodging, ground transportation, parking, and other necessary travel expenses may apply.
Whenever possible, I’ll provide estimated travel expenses in advance so there aren’t any surprises.
And if several libraries in the same region want to work together, ask me about sharing travel costs.
